Our community is managed by a Master HOA Board, the Cottage Homes Sub-association, the Town Homes Sub-association, several committees and a property management company, Elite. Master AssociationThe Master Association is the main association over all homeowners in Cornerstone Park. Dues are paid annually to this association at the end of each year. The board members for this association are elected annually at the June meeting. |

Cottage Homes AssociationThe Cottage Home Association is an association for all homeowners of the Single-Family Attached Residences. Association members pay dues monthly, which go toward grounds maintenance and administration of the association. Board Members are elected annually in May. |

Townhome AssociationThe Town Home Association is an association for all town home-owners. Association members pay dues. Board members are elected annually. |
