Shutter Warranty Information

Hello Cornerstone Park Residents,

Here is some information regarding to the painting of shutters.  I want to let you know that I found out that the shutters are under warranty from the manufacturer (Mid America) and they will be replaced. Today (10/08/10) we have taken down the shutters to find out the specifications that are written on the back of each one. The manufacturer needs these specifications to send the replacements. I was told that it will take from 3 to 4 weeks to get the new shutters. If the shutters are painted the warranty will be voided.
